'Hoe Later, Hoe Kwater!' is an Afrikaans translation by Pierre van Pletzen of Michael Pertwee and John Chapman's Holiday Snap. A Portuguese time-share villa is double booked, without the myopic Commander "Schissy" Schisster knowing. Veronica and Leslie arrive first, and then with the arrival of Mary and Charles, Schissy remains unaware that there are two couples around. The confusion is genuinely established when the two couples regard each other as the villa's cleaners. Consternation breaks out: Veronica and Leslie, as well as Charles and Mary, are not married! When Charles's mother-in-law arrives, all hell breaks loose with misunderstandings, mistaken identity and lots of action.
This project involved creating high-resolution vector images from scanned illustrations of cartoon characters, colouring them, and using them to create caricature style images of the actors.
